If you just placed an order, thank you! We are currently experiencing high volume due to our recent viral launch. Our team is working overtime to get packages out.
⚠️ Important Note on Tracking: If you received a tracking number and the status says "Shipment information received", "Pre-Shipment," "Label Created," or "USPS Awaiting Item"—please do not worry!:
- Your order has likely already left our warehouse.
- This status often means your package is currently in transit to the Regional Distribution Hub nearest to you.
- USPS and logistics partners often do not scan the package until it clears this hub. It is normal for the tracking status to remain 'Unchanged' for 5–7 business days while the package travels to the regional hub.
